Manifest your goals with these steps.
Step 1- GET CLEAR!- What is your goal? A car? New Job? Travel?
Step 2- LIST THE ATTRIBUTES'- At the top of the page, write the goal.
Step 3- List the ways YOU ALREADY HAVE THEM-
Example: Top of the page "NEW CAR". Then fold the paper in half. On the left, list the attributes this car will give you (Freedom, Success, Happiness ETC).
In the right column, list the ways you already them.
Ex: Freedom: My freedom to make healthy decisions, to take walks outside, to take the bus
Ex: Success: I've succeeded in being a great friend, playing an instrument, overcoming addiction, deciding to go to work today.
Step 4: GRATITUDE: Bless and release. Feel gratitude for what you already have and source will give you more of what you desire. You become a magnet for what you want by realizing you already have it.
Step 5: CART BEFORE THE HORSE: Do something every day towards that goal. By a new Key Chain for the car you desire. Head to a dealer and sit in the car you want. Clean your current clunker and give it love. Visualize where you plan to park your new car. Make your screensaver a photo of your new car.
Step 6: CELEBRATE: Celebrate this goal as if you already achieved it. Feel it in your heart, your soul. Feel the energy vibrate in your chest. You should be doing backflips, smiling or jumping up and down as if you already achieved the goal. By celebrating it, you bringing it into your world.
