Convicted for murder, Quan Huynh was introduced to the penal system when a strict law was used to target minorities. A judge levied a heavy sentence for conspiracy to murder for having a pictured drawn. With opportunities limited and fueled by anger, he ventured to crime and ultimately back in prison serving a life sentence. However, his redemption story includes overcoming his victim mentality, even as he and his employees are locked out of financial opportunities because of what happened decades ago.
