DOM RYAN BIOGRAPHY:

Dom Ryan is a Brighton based DJ and producer that's built a name for himself in the underground scene in Brighton over the past few years.

He currently hosts a weekly Friday night prime time slot on the South coast's leading dance station - Codesouth FM.

Supporting the likes of Solardo & Disciples at The Arch and across some of the biggest nightclubs in the south. He has also played across Europe prior to the Covid pandemic.

He's had releases on Wyld Card, In It Together, Uprise Music, Final Haus, Kukushka, Insurgent Music with support from an array of DJs and music fans around the world.

BIO:

Born in London and moved to NY in 2001. Inspiration comes from the 90s rave scene where it was all about the energy and the music. Sasha and Digweed became DJ heroes while at college as a result of their Renaissance compilation and many hours were spent hunting down vinyl and trying to perfect mixes that Sasha had just made look easy. After DJ-ing in London in the 90s there was a long break after moving to the US and it wasn't until the Tech House scene started to emerge that his interest in production kicked in. After dabbling with a couple of projects CHESSER joined Toolroom Academy to focus on honing his Tech House production skills, at the end of which he won a remix competition leading to a release on Toolroom with his remix of Ben Remember's Lost in the Woods. That was closely followed with two releases on Toolroom Trax. During the Toolroom course a fellow student 'Redux Saints' also took an interest in CHESSER's productions and that has led to a number of releases on Redux' DTLA label and a couple of collaborations (new one due out this May).

So far in 2021 CHESSER has had releases on BLK Leaf Records and David Tort's HoTL Records. To come later in 2021 there are releases on Purple Tea, DTLA, another on HoTL, Wh0 Plays and Juicy Traxx. The future is looking bright

BIO:

Filterheadz are best known for their smash techno hits Sunshine & Yimanya as well as their highly energetic DJ performances. 


It all started when Bert & Maarten picked up guitar and drums and took the first steps on the way to Rock ‘n Roll stardom.

After hammering away in rehearsal rooms and local stages their dream to become rock stars took a surprising twist. Almost by accident they discovered the House Music and started experimenting with loops and disco samples.

Their remix of Minimalistix 'Struggle for Pleasure' became an instant progressive house classic.

Together with DJ Tomaz they embarked on a Techno journey that would lead them to Carl Cox’ Intec where they released their all time classic “Sunshine”. Taking their signature sound even further Filterheadz released “Yimanya”, another festival classic.

Extensive tours took Filterheadz to every corner of the globe and placed them high on the bill of events like I love Techno, Dance Valley & Tomorrowland and headlining clubs like Zouk, Ageha, Womb, Fabrik Madrid & Egg London.

2012 marked the 10th anniversary of Sunshine and a release of a smashing remix package on 1605. They also put themselves back on the Techno map with a string of new releases on Intec, MB Elektronics, 1605, Bedrock and Bitten.

2015, Filterheadz join forces with Toolroom: With 5 charting singles, including Flying Colours and Curve plus a Toolroom Live mix album.

After a string of consistent, quality EP’s, Filterheadz make their return to Toolroom Trax in 2017 with their debut artist album ‘Magnetic’.

‘Magnetic’ encapsulates that signature Filterheadz sound providing plenty of Techno grooves, atmospheric synths, locomotive drum sequencing and hooky vocals. Offering 18 club ready weapons and a full-length DJ mix to complete the package, ‘Magnetic’ ventures into the darker side of Tech House and Techno. Highlights include ‘Ricochet’ with it’s pumping b-line, the instantly catchy ‘Kaleidoscope’ with it’s atmospheric builds, chunky Techno roller ’Paper City’ and ‘Raised By Wolves’ with those progressive techno vibes. Also included are past hits ‘Clockwise’, ‘Curve’, ‘In The Box’ and ‘Flying Colours’.

2021: Techno veterans Filterheadz keep pushing forward with a string of releases on Tronic, Unity Records and Transmit Records. More inspired and productive than ever, the unique Filterheadz sound that blends techno beats and melody keeps rocking dance floors all over the world.

SIEGE BIOGRAPHY:

From its trail blazing 90s rave days to giving birth to the world conquering

Tomorrowland, Belgium has long punched above its modest size in the world of electronic music. Now rising star Siege, whose techy take on house has graced labels from Toolroom and Saved records to Yousef’s Circus, Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave and Adam Beyer’s Truesoul, can add his name to the influential acts that Belgium has gifted the world.

Raised in Hasselt, outside of Belgium's best known clubbing centres, Siege is a beacon for the power of focus and self determination. Buying his first vinyl turntables before he was old enough to go to a club, instead he listened to mixes on the internet, using this knowledge to buy the hottest records of the moment. It was after playing his first major gigs just a year or two later, however, that he realised he wanted to similarly inspire others by producing his own tracks. Self taught by his own dedication and the help of Future Music Magazine, when his first ever remix stopped just shy of the Beatport House Top Ten his reputation was assured. It was Defected who passed his breakthrough track 'Crunk' to Azuli, vocalist Eevare- singing the hook to Mary J Blige's classic 'Family Affair', beginning an ascent that

has made his releases a standard for DJs from Claptone, Mark Knight Carl Cox and Camelphat to the BBC Radio One family of Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Annie Mac and Monki. Continually evolving his sound,

Siege’s latest productions have headed in a slightly darker direction, resulting in support from Adam Beyer, Yousef, Alan Fitzpatrick, Hot Since 82 and Nic Fanciulli, the latter of which was so enamoured

with Siege’s sound that he signed the two- track Motion EP to his label Saved in summer 2019.

GOMI is hands down one of the most talented people in the world, so its beyond amazing to have him in todays show. Basically having releases on everything, GOMI is truly a pioneer for our music industry and a big part of his work in the 90s has inspired 1000s of producers and seems like he is not slowing down!

BIO

DJ Gomi is an internationally acclaimed producer, songwriter, and disc jockey

from Japan. As a child, he was exposed to music as his family-owned an

instrument shop. His father was a piano tuner. Being around him trained his ear to music. While in Tokyo, he was able to land a job with Haruomi Hosono (Yellow Magic Orchestra) where he mentored Gomi. When looking for schools, he won an Uchida Scholarship for Berklee College of Music where he studied Music Synthesis under Dr. Richard Boulanger. Even from his childhood, he was inspired by music producer and musician, Quincy Jones, who was an alumnus and sometimes lecturer at the school (to confirm). Also at this time, New York was home to an impressive nightlife scene that attracted him. Oftentimes, he’d go down to experience the scene and see what new music was being played. Upon graduation, he moved to New York and his path in the music industry took off. Much of his large discography has been broadcast on major media outlets and performed in major venues by other DJs. An impressive list of musical artists throughout the world have invited him to either produce their music or provide them dance remixes - these include Beyonce, Janet Jackson, Madonna, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and Rupaul. His crowning achievement was producing and remixing Seasons of Love (from the musical, Rent) which became an instant dance-floor classic.
