Pairing: The Good Place Bad Place Quarantini - 2 ounces of gin, 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice, 0.75 ounce simple syrup, a dash (or more) of cinnamon. Shake with ice and pour into a cold glass. Serve with the element of surprise.
