Opi & the Bear

One of the hosts of this podcast, one of the commissioners of the FBFL league, and one of the biggest asses in Iowa City (literally his ass is HUGE)! We have the Opi part of Opi & the Bear as our guest this week. What a wonderful way to get to know one of our Commissioners. Join this podcast to get to really know how Opi got started in the league, what one of the Commissioners likes and dislikes about the league, and who is a better hitter between him and his daughter. As always, reach out by emailing [email protected] and check out the FBFL website.

Get used to laughing and not falling asleep (Wenis) in this weeks episode. GM Jeffy of the Newport Ninjas packs a punch this week as the Opi & the Bear crew talk about Week 12 recap, interview Jeff about his shitty problems (literally), Jeff edumacates us all (not sure why anyone would listen to this podcast to learn something...), Jeff lets us know why he is still in the league, Week 13 predictions, and SO MUCH MORE!!! It's a family affair in this one and we have a lot of great laughs! Hope you enjoy! Let us know what you think by emailing [email protected]. Go to the FBFL Homepage by clicking here to view some more on the league.

The podcast gained a lot more hair in this weeks episode. The crew gets back their producer from his shit show and they bring in GM Jody of the Barracudas! This Dolphin (the football team) lover gets first hand experience of the podcast and crushes the podcast game like a professional. We get into so many topics in this one. From talks about how Jody feels about the season to how many beers he rolls through to if he would pick a manbun or ponytail. This was such a fun podcast and we hope you all enjoy!

We went to our local cemetery and dug up this weeks guest. The Zombie Raiders have been in the league since well, the league started. One of the founding fathers of this league brought in his talk show radio history and made this episode a good one! The Ryan-less crew make this one worth while as Opi and the Bear got a Substitute Producer in Greg the Great. Tune into another great episode of the Opi and the Bear! Leave some feedback: [email protected]. Check out this weeks sponsor within this episode if you are feeling lonely this holiday season.

Got the coaches of the Nebraska Stalkers to be able to have a seat with the guys in this weeks episode. We discover Kayla's Pronoun, many intriguing questions during the interview for both coaches, and we have our first movie spoiler (assuming some people have not watched the Avengers End Game). We had some awesome conversations throughout this podcast! The Stalkers are looking poised to get another championship under their belt with a 7-2 record! Will Coach Kayla take them to a victory with the outstanding offensive play calling and Coach Greg being a defensive Guru with the mindset of "Defense wins games" prevail in this FBFL  season? Playoffs are quickly approaching as we head into Week 10. Give us some feedback: [email protected]

Starting off with an apology about getting this out late again, but this one is worth the wait! It is the longest episode yet, but there was just not a whole lot we wanted to cut out of this one! This was so much fun with our friend from the old Welldigger days and the FBFL coach of the Newfie Bullett, Canuck, and we are glad he was available to get involved in this jammed packed episode of Opi & the Bear. If you do not know Canuck very well and don't feel like reaching out to him to chat, please listen to this episode and this episode is more that just a Fantasy Football episode. This episode has lots of reminiscing about the days he lived in the QC, making many efforts to make sure we know he wants the Maniacs to lose, and MUCH, MUCH MORE!! Let us know what you think by reaching out to one of us or reaching out on our email! [email protected]

Get your drinks out for this one and play the Opi & the Bear drinking game. The guys come at ya with plenty of drinks when it comes to saying "Fuck you Kevin". Not as many as Week 6, but we got some more for ya. Opi & the Bear continue the new segments and have added Grim for the segment of This is One to Grow On with Grimbo.... Get it, because he is short and wants to grow... Could have picked myself or Opi, but Grim is our fan favorite thus far out of the guest. Enjoy another great episode. If there is any feedback anyone would like to give, send it to our email [email protected].

WOW this one is super late. Apologies to getting this out after all but 1 game has been played. There were some technical difficulties and with that we couldn't get everyone together with scheduling and working on the podcast because of scheduling, yada yada yada. This hopefully will not happen again.

We do have another great episode, jam packed with laughs, fuck you Kevins, and much much more. We have added 2 additional segments to the podcast that we know you all will enjoy.

Thanks for your patience and you may now enjoy another episode of Opi & the Bear. https://rbear17.wixsite.com/fbfl
