Every year comes with lessons. Here are my helpful lessons from 2021. 

Do we need friends? Are friends valuable? In today's episode, I sit down with one of my close friends to discuss the ride of friendship. We talk about the traumas, boundaries, and lessons that we learned throughout the years. By the end of today's episode, you will understand and know the value of friendships.

In today's world, it seems that men no longer know how to be gentlemen. In my opinion, women tell men how they want to be treated and they act accordingly. If we keep portraying cold-hearted feelings or tolerating less than what we're worth: how can ever get the respect we deserve? In "Ladies, It's Time to Raise the Standards", I will discuss social topics and give examples on how to step the game up.  

We are daily consumers of the lies that culture tells us. If you have social media of any sorts, you are not excluded. These lies contribute to our mental health. This episode shines light on these lies and then gives some friendly advice. We are not in this world alone and I'm here to make sure you know that!
