This week I open up about my struggles to let go and how it’s led me to finding so much freedom in practicing feeling the discomfort of my emotions. I also talk about how my wrestling with thoughts on God and Peopke and the World in these times has led me to really profoundly feel that I need more listening and walking in other’s shoes than getting on my soap box right now and always... the irony, to post this on my audio soap box haha... well, I hope you enjoy!
