• Woman set to divorce ghost husband
Amanda 'Sparrow' Large, 46, married the ghost who is also named Jack in January but has called it off, saying 'My marriage is over.'

The unlikely pair were wedded in international waters in a boat that sailed from Ireland so the marriage would be legal.

But according to the Mirror, Amanda wrote on social media: 'I will explain all in due course but for now all I want to say is be VERY careful when dabbling in spirituality, it’s not something to mess with.'

• Venue being sued for after k hart tour
Kevin Hart has had his share of problems and they keep mounting, although he dodged a bullet in this one, because one of the venues in his comedy tour is being sued by a diabetic woman who claims she got kicked out of his show because she dared to use her cell phone to check her blood sugar.

Tonya Torosian claims she was at the Viejas Arena in San Diego last July when she began to feel ill even before the show began. She suspected the cause was low blood sugar, so she opened up a cell phone app which monitors blood sugar levels.

The venue has signs posted prohibiting the use of cell phones, but this she says was a medical necessity. Torosian says she was confronted by security guards and she tried explaining she was a diabetic who needed to monitor her blood sugar, but that fell on deaf ears.

She claims she and her wife were then escorted to a medical tent, where she again tried to explain why she was using her phone. Torosian says they were then ejected from the venue and never got a refund.

Torosian says it's a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act to have an unwavering policy prohibiting cell phone use when there's a medical necessity.

She's suing Live Nation -- which operates the venue -- and wants damages and an order forcing the employees to make accommodations.

• Nicki Minaj new boo is a sex offender
Nicki Minaj's new boo is a registered sex offender with a disturbing rap sheet that includes convictions for manslaughter and attempted rape ... TMZ has learned.

Kenneth Petty is the 40-year-old she's been hanging with, and posting pics with on Instagram. Court records, obtained by TMZ, show he was convicted of first-degree attempted rape in April 1995. He was 16 at the time, and so was his victim.

Prosecutors said he used a sharp object when he tried to force the girl to have sexual intercourse. Petty served almost 4 years in NY state prison for the crime.

And, get this ... years after getting out of the pen, Petty was convicted of first-degree manslaughter, and served another 7 years for shooting a man. He was released in 2013.

She acknowledged their hometown connection by quoting Adele's "Hello" in the caption of their latest pic -- "Did you ever make it out of that town where nothing ever happens? ... it's no secret ... that the both of us ... are running out of time."

They were reportedly friends from Queens.

Not only is this dip perfect for holiday parties, it's the best way to use up those homemade cranberry sauce leftovers! If you don't have any of those, canned works too. Just make sure you use whole berry—not jellied—canned cranberry sauce.
