Last year, I finished my Yoga Teacher Training and felt so much gratitude and awe as I was able to interview the amazing Miss Shayna (@shaynahiller @theyogacollective) 🌈💓🙌🏼 This interview was done with Shayna just prior to the start of my training!! I merely thought I’d roll the certification into my workshops and practice but now I know it’s so much more... 

Shayna Hiller is a 500-hr E-RYT yoga and meditation teacher and Certified Health Coach based in Venice Beach, CA 😍 Shayna is also a business and empowerment coach for yoga teachers. She has been teaching yoga and leading yoga and meditation retreats around the world for over 14 years!! 🌟👏🏼 Originally from New Jersey, Shayna lived and learned in the jungles of Costa Rica for five years of her early adult life. This is where she experienced her most significant healing and personal transformation from a place of deprivation and scarcity to self-love and prosperity. 

Shayna hosts yoga and wellness retreats and training around the world... In addition to teaching yoga and coaching, Shayna offers various online training, courses, workshops, and free resources for yoga teachers to help them find their unique voice and grow their wellness business with inspiration, creativity, and balance 🙏🌈 It is both Shayna’s passion and privilege to share her wisdom and methods to remind people of their inherent capacity to bring their deepest desires to life.

Trish’s company was built from the ground up and offers one of a kind at-home experiences, probably best known for (and featured all over IG!!) their Signature SleepOver and Glamping experiences 😍 Trish has a true talent for bringing luxury level events to people’s homes, creating experiences for them to make lifelong memories with family and friends 💞💓

But the best part is how WonderTents came to be. Years ago, when Trish and her husband met a gorgeous 12-year-old girl, Celia, through a program called Kidsave (which helps connect teenagers in foster care with potential foster parents), their lives changed forever.

Later that year, as Trish’s family shared their first Christmas together, Celia wished for two things – to have her very first sleepover with friends and to be adopted. Trish figured if she was going to give Celia her very first sleepover, she was going to make sure it was one to remember. And in creating that memorable experience for Celia and her friends, WonderTent Parties was born in 2017 🌟👏🏼

Wendy chronicled her journey to find freedom in her new book, The Box: An Invitation to Freedom from Anxiety, where she talks about destructive perfectionism and body image, divorce, and forgiveness of ourselves and others 💞💓

On her path to recovery and rediscovery, she uncovered a restorative, inner peace and reclaimed her authentic power. Now she is passionate about helping others find the same freedom by sharing her hard-fought lessons, strategies, and story through writing, speaking, and coaching 🌟

Despite her anxiety, Wendy earned a scholarship to Dartmouth College, and after law school found her way into the world of affordable housing and social impact financing, where she’s practiced for over 20 years.

Currently, Jyoti is the producer of the award-winning POV (PBS) documentary series, AND SHE COULD BE NEXT, following the movement led by women of color to transform politics as candidates and organizers 💓💓 She is also Co-Executive Producer of EQUAL MEANS EQUAL, an award-winning documentary feature that is an unflinching examination of the discrimination against women built into the US legal system 🙌🏼🙌🏼 

Jyoti is Executive Producer on three other projects currently in development. Until 2016, Jyoti was Vice President of Marketing at Paramount Home Media where she led all facets of global marketing operations for Paramount partner brands while overseeing international acquisitions. Prior to Paramount, she worked at Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment 💪🤞

Additionally, Jyoti serves on the advisory board of LAANE, a leading LA-based social justice nonprofit. Her undergrad degree from USC and EMBA from UCLA makes her a rare Bruin/Trojan though she declines to take sides 😉

It’s time for a brand new Opportunity Knocks!! 🚪✊🏼 Brad Walsh was introduced to the world of photography at the young age of 17. At this time, there was no such thing as a consumer digital camera!! Brad explains the key that helped him discover himself… A 35mm film camera! From the high school darkroom, Brad admired the magic of seeing his visions come to life on photo paper right before his eyes.

Brad’s boudoir photography allows him to give back to women and to have an impact through his passion and love of photography. As you will hear more about in our interview, Brad says Boudoir helps him show women everywhere that they are beautiful, just the way they are—that the “beauty standard” is about loving oneself more than comparing our bodies to others 💓💓 

Additionally, Brad is the creator and host of the Empowerography Podcast. A podcast that enables women’s voices to be heard and to share their stories/journeys and successes in business or life with the hopes of helping other women who may be dealing with or going through similar struggles!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼  

Brad Walsh was raised by two very strong women in his life, his mother and grandmother raised Brad with the values and lessons to respect women ALWAYS. Today, Brad is a father/parent of two beautiful girls and a husband to a beautiful wife. The combination of his wife, mother, and grandmother inspire Brad’s “WHY” 💪🤞
