In this episode, I dive deep into a self care plan I made for myself at the beginning of this year. I found some great information online and talk about skin care and a little about "mental clutter" and some self help tools that were said to be really useful. These are not instructions but a guideline to help you get started back 'loving thy self.' It's easy to lose yourself in this world. Take some time to listen to my self care routine and see how I manage to stay so 'chill.'
