Opposition Education Minister, Christian Rowan, joined 4BC Drive to discuss why morale and behaviour in Queensland schools are plummeting under the Miles Government.

He said a strong recruitment plan for bringing in the next generation of teachers and having Key Performance Indicators across the board are two ways, among many, that would help to resolve these issues.
