The one-name celebrity club is a difficult thing to achieve.  Voltaire, Pele, Bono, Snoopy… the level of global fame you have to accomplish to get to the one-name club is limited to very few.  Oprah Winfrey, or as most call her, Oprah, rose from a troubled childhood to become one of the world’s most well-known celebrities.  Her charity work and good deeds have helped hundreds, if not thousands of people.  But does no good deed go unpunished?  Have Oprah’s charities actually hurt people, instead of help them?  Did she really dodge being a potential crack head?  We’ll dive into this and more in this episode of AHC Podcast.
