Taylor and Colton drop by to talk about patterns. When something happens in life, we tell ourself a story. This action repeated creates a behavior. The only way we can change how we act and react in situations is to change the story we are telling ourselves. Tay and Colt share how they identified their problem stories and how they authored new narratives to change their lives.

This week I am joined by Stu and his lovely wife Kateka. Their share their story of how they met, and later learned of their obstacle of infertility. Hear of their highs and lows through IVF, struggles through depression, and healing and becoming whole.
