Samantha Houghton is a very special human being – having been admitted to an adolescent psychiatric unit at fifteen she struggled with chaos ruling many areas of her life for many years. Those struggles ranged from eating disorders to depression and anxiety, and most things in-between. Coming out of the other side of these experiences, Samantha has developed a steadfast resilience that is not only admirable, but inspirational. In February 2017, Sam sat down, put pen to paper and within sixteen days she had written her first book, "The Invisible Girl: A Secret Life". The book is a story full of hope, strength and tenacity and a huge desire to reach out to others in a dark place. By releasing her story, she had some remarkable shifts in her life and everything began to change. After several months, she truly began to see and feel the power of her story and wanted others to share in this too. She developed a new business helping others to write their true stories through her mentoring programme, online course and ghost writing their book for them, before their book is designed and published.​ Everyone has a story, and Samantha is the go-to expert who can and will help you get your story out of your head and onto paper!

This episode welcomes the wonderful Scott Murden talking about his experiences in the mental health industry, orgasmic meditation and what it was like spending time in the Amazon Rainforest!

Scott is a meditation based life coach who, over the course of the last 12 years, has racked up 2000 hours over eight years of one-to-one client work with all types of challenges: from severe mental health issues, grief and trauma, desire and self-empowerment, or simply coaching people to get their life on track from the inside. Scott has also spent the last 12 years as a student with the Clairvision School of Meditation learning and integrating their third-eye based practices. He’s spent the last four years working all around the world with master shamans from the Huni Kuin tribe, and has visited them deep in the amazon rainforest in Acre, Brazil, on two occasions, as well as delving in to many tantra workshops and practices over the years, including the practice of Orgasmic Meditation.

It's a real pleasure to welcome the one and only Adam Cox onto the show for this episode. Adam has more than 15 years of experience in Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Psychology, NLP, DHE and NHR​ and is in a unique position to help you achieve the body you want. Many Hypnotherapists are either overweight or have never lost weight but Adam is one of the few hypnotherapists to walk his talk! He successfully transformed himself from obese (over 30% body fat) to athletic (under 15% body fat) within 3 months using hypnosis and the other approaches he now uses with his clients. Adam is also a presenter on Share Radio, and is the owner of PR agency The Relations Group that helps people to get exposure on all forms of media.
