The digital transformation launched in 2021 laid a solid foundation by centralizing data in a single data lake, ensuring quality, governance, and agility for more accurate analyses. On top of that foundation, optimization models were redesigned to cover manufacturing and distribution end-to-end, support 50% more analyses, and deliver three times more value. AI adoption has further accelerated progress, cutting prototyping time by up to 50% and supporting model formulation, scenario discussion tracking, and, more recently, explainability of results. Close partnership with functional stakeholders, with clearly defined roles and joint prioritization of the highest-value analyses, has been a decisive factor in consistent delivery. Finally, the combination of a Community of Practice, proven use cases, and a disciplined business-case approach sustains the scalability and credibility of the initiative.
