Host Jocelyn Michelle Reaves sat down with Elizabeth Burrows to talk about the illusion of time management, intentional parenting while juggling life as an entrepreneur, and of course confidence!
Elizabeth C. Burrows is a recovering overachiever and busy-body turned life coach and speaker, on a mission to help people change their lives through the power of a positive mindset. In 2017, she founded The Life Edit Project as a platform to inspire and empower women through personal development. Today, she coaches high-achieving professionals to balance their personal and professional lives.
Before becoming a full-time coach, Elizabeth enjoyed an 18-year career in economic development, in the public and nonprofit sectors. She has used her natural talents in communication and relationship-building to grow businesses, community initiatives and cultural programs to benefit communities across South Florida.
Elizabeth completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, and graduate studies at the University of Miami. But as a self-proclaimed nerd and personal development junkie, she’s always enrolled in the school of life-long learning. She currently lives in Boynton Beach, Florida with her husband, Travis, and daughter, Naomi, who both entertain and inspire her everyday.
