Opus 142 - Glow

A love song for the earth, for the present moment, for you. At episode 138 this podcast became what it always wanted to be: a practice in meditating out loud. When I get up in the morning, I meditate. And while I meditate, I sing. And I let you listen in. This is the sound of my heart, always opening.
