  • Mindset 80%. Dancing Queen 0%

For us to achieve success in whatever we do, it is imperative that we have a strong mentality instilled in us. Our mindset influences our perspective so strongly and it’s sometimes difficult to reconcile with how much control we have over those thoughts.

In this episode, I share my personal tips for developing the correct mindset and teach you how to hone the tools that will assist you in pursuing your goals. I also discuss the importance of asking ourselves ‘why’ questions and explore what our values mean to us on more than just a superficial level. To truly have an understanding of what is important to us, we have to get to the root of those beliefs and be able to sit with the discomfort that may come along with it.

One of my mentors and huge inspirations, Tony Robbins, has adopted the ideology that we have the power to apply meaning to whatever happens to us in life. I’m a big believer in this and give some insights into how we can shift our thinking in a more positive direction, as well as take control over how we respond to huge events.
