Jeff Hall has been selling fireplaces in Richmond, Va, for the better part of ten years, and recently, he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager. Early in his career, he spent time in the military, followed by self-employment, project management, building homes, and selling fireplaces. He inherited a book of business that was 1.8 million and grew it to 4 million, one of the best markets for Fireside Hearth and Home. 

Jeff advises sales professionals on how they can thrive in a down market through good communication, follow-up, and, most importantly, knowing your product.
