On this episode of ordinary excellence episode 2 season 2 we bring you Scott Brooks the lead technician management of GE. he came in today to teach us how to repair the new product that is coming in call GE Profile Ultra fast or the all-in-one. he was an excellent teacher showing us how to dissemble and repair this newer style product. We also talked about our Appliance stories and what we went through as Appliance technician's.
