Guest Bio:
David is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and served as an intelligence officer for over eight years working across a variety of mission sets. His assignments included Beale AFB, CA with operational deployments to Europe, East Asia, and the Middle East followed by assignments at Osan AB, South Korea and Ramstein AB, Germany.
David has put the skills and experience of his military career to work in the mortgage lending industry. His personal experiences of buying and selling homes, as well as taking advantage of the VA loan benefit, give him an insightful perspective of the challenges and questions that face many would-be homeowners. His new mission is to deliver customized, simple mortgage solutions for his clients and business partners while maintaining a creative, out-of-the-box problem solving style to make deals happen!
David is a passionate advocate for veterans and at-risk youth. When he’s not helping Americans achieve the dream of homeownership he can be found out in the community with active civic engagements as the chairman of Vets4Life, a 501(c)3 non-profit based in Fort Collins, chaplain of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1781, assistant scoutmaster with Scouts BSA Troop 12, member in Toastmasters International Club 375 and member of the Downtown Club of Fort Collins. In his free time, David enjoys snowboarding and hiking in our nation’s beautiful National Parks or just cuddling up with his pup, Rusty.
