I think Oregonians are confused. Our governor keeps changing the goalpost in the middle of the game leaving many wondering is there really a standard.

Also, as we speak of inconsistencies, Eugene City Council appears to call out cowardliness when it happens to some of their own but where were they when small businesses needed them?
