Unfortunately in our third dimension of thriving and struggles. the 3rd dimension of our current world in the Matrix of Western Psychology. Emotions can be a bad rap. Or we should handle emotions entirely or control it. Which we try treat it as a condition even indication of some “taboo “ implications of some “Disorder” which sometimes beyond ridiculous. We are just scratching the surface and haven’t really done a proper research and understanding of what is emotions and feelings is. And yes, we are mishandling it big time because of the wrong notion of the so called “ Worldly experts” measures.
