Here's a brief book review of James Clear's Atomic Habits and where I've applied it in my life

Just a few tips to help out those on the team. Even if you don't have great team leadership, it doesn't mean you can't excel!

Goal achievement can stress you out and leave you wondering what went wrong.  You can't expect to slap it on paper and hope it all comes together.  Here's some quick tips on how you can make it happen (or at least have a good go at it...).
