Our guest today is Mike Monteiro, co-founder and design director of San Francisco's Mule Design. Mike joins us to talk about growing up as an immigrant in Philadelphia, his experience in art school, and his alter ego as the infamous @Mike_FTW on Twitter.

Our guest today is Mat Marquis, but you might know him better as "Wilto," a designer and developer for the Boston web agency Filament Group. Mat tells us about growing up in Boston, leaving the family business, his illicit entry into the world of web design, and having a chronic disease he can't pronounce.
