The world is already so mean and full of so much negative energy, why not put some positive energy into yourself?! Love is a powerful thing and one of the most profound ways of showing someone you love them is through acts of service. We are all lifted and in higher spirits when we can be the world to one person. If you are in your 20's, you are no doubt in stress mode in some way about the future. Everything seems a little uncertain but that should not stop you from taking steps in faith as you move toward your own personal destiny. I believe we are all meant to do something good for this world. Great or small we can all get a nudge from God in which direction to go.

I should have made this one the first podcast episode but I am also not sorry I started with talking about regret because that is what was on my mind. My goal is always just to speak on my situation in a specific moment because this helps me to explore and discover certain ways to make it through what I am going through at the time and hopefully help you in your effort to try and make it through life.
