Hebrews 12:1-2

The risk of abandoning the faith in suffering requires

running with endurance the race of faith set before us.

1. Recall the witnesses of faith surrounding the race (12:1a)

2. Remove the weights of life hindering the race (12:1b)

3. Relish the wonder of Jesus empowering the race (12:2)

Because of all God is for us in Jesus, we can wait patiently on

Him to keep His promises of presence and land.

Four evidences of patient waiting:
