The past few years have been rough. Hopefully, 2022 can be look at with some hope for change for the better; and that change can start with you. Instead of only looking at the bad we have all gone through with COVID and everything else sense 2020, maybe it's time to stop waiting to find joy in daily life. Here are my thoughts for helping to find joy today and hopefully it can help you too!
