About the Speaker:
Emily Gray, MSN, CRNP, CEN, is a nurse practitioner and ostomate who directs the Peer Support program at Better Health. After realizing that ostomates have far more to learn than just pouch changes and basic troubleshooting, she became a peer coach. Now Emily and her team work to provide a holistic approach to patient care that includes product expertise, patient education, and emotional support to help ostomates adjust to their new normal and to reduce the burden on clinical staff.
