Dr. Jana Cason DHSc, OTR/L, FAOTA discusses the start of Telehealth in the OT world and how it has grown and changed over the years. She shares her experiences in the past and projects she is currently working on which includes a telehealth repository of resources of her company she started with Melanie Criss called TelehealthShare.

Dr. Merrill teaches cultural competence at the University of Buffalo to occupational therapy students. She completed her OTD capstone at Boston University on the ways to assess and support cultural competence for the OT profession.

You may have seen the infographic I created based on an article reviewing Racial Microaggressions. As a follow up to that, I was grateful to interview with three of the authors of the original article, Dr. Emily Grullon, Dr. Carlneshia Hunnicutt and Dr. Mirtha Whaley about the background behind what motivated them to complete this review and the relationship between social and occupational justice. They answer the question, "Do OTs have a role addressing racial microaggresions when working with clients?". This article won the first ever FOTA award for the Soul of Occupational Therapy Award.
