Engulfed with jealousy, Kaya tries to thwart Miyo's engagement to Kiyoka. Miyo leaves the house and forgets to bring the good luck charm Kiyoka gave her.
Kaito tries to understand Miyo's past and realises that she has been treated badly all her life. The two later go out on their first date. To surprise Kiyoka with a handmade gift, Miyo goes into town to shop for some material; meanwhile, Kiyoka pays Miyo's parents a visit.
Nazuna decides to reveal she's human during her concert; the mayor escapes detention in Japan; Shirou and Flip put their own plans into action. The mayor demonstrates that a serum based on Michiru's blood cures Nirvasyl Syndrome, but Alan moves forward with his plan to "solve" the beastman problem.
While Shirou tries to figure out what happened to Yaba, Michiru sneaks into the Sylvasta medical centre after watching Nazuna get kidnapped once again. Shirou and Michiru attempt to subdue another monstrous beastman. After Sylvasta's machines interfere, Alan informs them about Nirvasyl Syndrome.
Albatross beastman Pingua crashes into Michiru's house; Shirou has an encounter with Alan Sylvasta in the mayor's office. After a visit from Boris, Yaba transforms into an uncontrollable beast form; the mayor tells Michiru the true history of the silver wolf.
Though she prefers basketball to baseball, Michiru grudgingly joins a hard-luck baseball team whose coach is on the betting take. Michiru is shocked to learn that the leader of the Church of the Silver Wolf is her friend Nazuna, who was once human like her.
The mayor asks Shirou to investigate a series of bombings; Michiru joins him with the goal of protecting a medical centre.
