Niav and Raymond present a podcast to support the first year OTC students in social care in completing their assessments. As usual any questions and the student should contact their tutor.

The OTC podcasts team produce their first management podcast. This podcast is a support for the online unit on Strategic Management from the BA module Leading within a Learning Organisation.

Brendan and Raymond look at strategic management within human services looking at frequently asked questions and the key processes that lead to successful strategising.

Niav and Raymond discuss the topic of using person-first language. The podcast is aimed at all students within the OTC but contains some discussion points for all. Areas include what is person-first language, how do you ensure you are using it correctly, and why it is important for social care workers to use it.
