Guest Speaker: Abbie Tolbert

Abbie Tolbert is a native of Killeen, Texas. She attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Non-Profit marketing. Abbie moved to the DMV area in 2016 after graduating from George W. Truett Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity.

In February of 2020 she founded Imperfect Minister a ministry that seeks to facilitate spiritual, mental, and emotional healing from trauma through teaching the truth of God’s passionate love and restorative power.

Abbie currently serves as the Executive Associate at the John Leland Center for Theological Studies. She is a member of the Church at Clarendon where she is a minister and Christian Education Director. Next month she will begin the Doctor of Ministry program at Fuller Theological Seminar.
