Welcome to the Graveyard Snack Trailer. Full series being released soon!
Legendary radio host Iris Osiris has been working in the afterlife’s only radio station for more millennia than she cares to count. But when a living person is smuggled into her world below, it’s up to Iris and her team to crack the case. Fail, and a linked climate crisis might just end their world as they know it.
The Graveyard Snack is a wild comedy existing somewhere between What We Do in the Shadows and The Office. Using their established brand of farce and comedy, Other Mysteries Theatre explores the consequences of our planet's rising temperatures, while solving the mystery of a victim who isn’t technically dead, and a murderer who isn’t technically alive.
Other Mysteries Theatre is an international ensemble that began as a group of friends with a desperate need to laugh in lockdown. Together, they created the podcast series The Midnight Snack which they adapted into an Offie Nominated touring fringe show in 2022.

Season 2 Coming Soon....
HARRY: Last episode I had an extremely rewarding interview with the Australian Officer at the Station. Not gonna lie - his accent threw me, but when I got home I pulled my phone out of my pocket. At first I thought perhaps my hands had grown, as the phone felt smaller than it had earlier that day. But then I realised it wasn’t my phone at all - I clicked the home button and the unthinkable happened. There, staring up at me was Stanley, arms wrapped around...Isla of all people. I clicked the button again, and to my shock the phone unlocked without any question.
This was Stanley's phone - I'd picked the wrong phone up at the station and now had a vital piece of evidence right there in my hands. I hesitated, turning to the door before knowing what I had to do and went straight into the messages and read the final interactions between the pair...
The Midnight Snack is your classic food truck set up. Red Neon, Tin Walls with a lightbox for today’s specials. Gregor, Denise, Anton, Myrtle, Josie & Isla. All with alibi’s, all with connections to Stanley and all with secrets. Secrets that on another podcast, with any other host would seem less ominous than in this story and with this crime.

Harry: This case was taking twists and turns that I could never have predicted. On the Friday afternoon of the murder Denise Rogers confirmed she and Isla stayed until 9:00PM packing down the baking competition.
She saw Stanley walking past Myrle’s place at 5:00PM when she popped to the store for sugar.
It was exactly the same time she saw Gregor walking up to the old church on the hill - the church is in the opposite direction of the Midnight Snack, but he suspiciously didn’t stay to pack up his own competition.
Now Josie, she finished with a client at 7:00PM, and I ascertained from our interaction at the finals that she had a date from 7:30PM - 9:00PM… Now I don’t care about the date, but what I do care about is what happened in that session. Josie sent me some files in the bar to look over, and what she sent me is a puzzle in itself :-
The Midnight Snack is your classic food truck set up. Red Neon, Tin Walls with a lightbox for today’s specials. Stanley Indexer’s body was found and here we are, trying to get to the bottom of these suspicious circumstances. Circumstances that in any other time in any other place would seem less ominous than in this baking competition and with these contestants.

Harry: Last Episode I interviewed Denise - Stanley’s body was found on her property, her favourite knife has gone missing, and it would seem like someone might have it out for her. In the interview tapes it was clear that Isla has some sort of beef with Denise but that’s not enough evidence for a motive.
Denise said she saw him heading up to the church on the hill the night of the murder, which was an alabi that needed investigating, and maybe there was some bad blood with he and Denise or he and stanley...and we know what Taylor Swift says about bad blood - that it only comes after Mad Love.
The Midnight Snack is your classic food truck set up. Red Neon, Tin Walls with a lightbox for today’s specials. Two nights ago a body was found in the parking lot next door and I'm here cleaning up the mess of an investigation. This town with no Name, this place with it’s cast of characters that would seem less ominous than in this place, and with this food truck.

HARRY: Harry’s the name, podcasting's the game. Now I've been on the podcast circuit for some time now...and let me tell you something - what you’re about to hear is not your standard True Crime Podcast. No, it’s much more than that. What you’re about to experience is a journey through an underbelly of crime and mystery. Truth, and cold hard evidence that will shock you to your core, it will chill you to the bone.
On Friday April 9th I discovered a body. A dead one. I’d found it in the parking lot of this town's notorious crime haven, The Midnight Snack, crumpled in the shadows - one hand clutching a soiled napkin, crumbs of cherry pie dusting its denim jacket. The sickly sweet filling toppling down its chin, mixing in with the blood from an oozing wound on the abdomen. It was all laid out there in front of me, and some lightbulb clicked on in my brain.
Let’s set the scene - The Midnight Snack is your classic food truck set up. Red Neon, Tin Walls with a lightbox for today’s specials. It’s parked on an empty parking lot on the outskirts of town. A town that never got a name. A town with secrets and shadows and this Food Truck that illuminates the unraveling minds of its citizens. Inside we see Denise, she’s clad in her classic green dress and pristine white apron. Her hair spirals in an orange mess out the way of utensils and mixers. Behind her on the wall are kitchen knives, heavy pans and lengthy rolls of film - items that in any other food truck in any other parking lot would seem less ominous than in this town, and with these people...
