We talk about diversity in the workplace and in schools, but we rarely examine the makeup of our close circles. In this episode, my friend Kaia and I have an uncomfortable but much-needed conversation about cross-racial friendships and more specifically our cross-racial friendship. It's AAPI heritage month in the US and with the #stopAAPIhate campaign underway, I wanted to share what I've learned about the Asian American community in the US.
