The question is not whether you are or are not a child of God but rather are you living it out? We all have times when life does not go the way we think it should go and/or the way we want it to go. Call it disappointment, sadness, being down, or depression; whatever you call it, it is not fun. I found myself in one of those seasons recently and I could not make sense of it. I had so many things to be happy about. Why was I feeling down? In this episode, I share what God taught me about how to come out on the other side of disappointment.

Hurt and pain are a very real part of our experience as humans. As much as we may try, there is no escape from suffering on some level. When we do undergo trouble of some kind, the questions that often come up are: "Where is God?" and "Why is this happening to me?"
