In this episode we interview our BFF Bailey Del Bigio. Bail is an incredibly global talented Make-Up artist. She's been traveling the world over the past four years refining her skills, gaining experience, and a ton of perspective. Everything about this episode is what Growing Up is about; finding yourself, understanding your drive and what motivates you, and deciphering the expectations put on us by family, friends, and society.

Growing Up was inspired by the many (many) wine and cheese night conversations the three of us have had. We're really excited for you to hear an interview that reflects exactly how the Growing Up podcast started.. loving conversations with people we care about and admire most in this world (and a ton of interrupting each other...sorry for that in advance).
