Our Connected Inner Selves

I wanted to tackle the idea of how we have perceived men and women when we were younger might have influenced what we liked and how we behaved today. 

We chose who to look up to, not because of our own assigned gender, but because of what felt safe. We will always go towards the group that feels safe, and we will confirm to it to be a part of it.

To all the people who I have waited for this episode, my hietus is over! I needed time to focus my energey and attention on my last internship.

In this episode, I talk about how I handled working in an unhealthy atmosphere and how it helped me learned a lot about myself. My advice? Do not resist your current situation, dedramatize, and choose what you want your work life to look like!

Hello fellow inner selves! I wanted to talk about my vision on money and how to deal with it after a friend told me she would never say no to a higher paying job even if it meant she would something that she does not really like compared to other options she had. In this episode, I talk about how not having money as your first goal when making choice can actually lead you to get even more money you had hoped for. Leading with the heart can bring some pretty unexpected positive things.

This episode is firstly an update on the two last manifestation episodes I have made. I wanted to give you guys the outcome of this life experiment so that it can inspire you conduct this kind of life tests in your own lives. I also talk about how I still felt anxious after everything was resolved, where it came from and how to deal with this anxiety. These tips can be applied to situations when you feel stuck or inner conflicts. As Dr. Wayne Dyer would say, conflict can only survive with your participation.

Hello everyone!

I was recently recently criticized by my driving instructor in a very aggressive way. I saw myself being pulled into dark thoughts patterns of either making myself a victim or putting all the fault onto him by being resentful towards him. I quickly stopped as I did not want to go down that route. I tell you about how I dealth with these severe critiques and why taking a step back in order to deal with this part of yourself that think that this past moment is still real is very important.

I thought about the circle of life when I was resting and trying to be in the present moment after a meditation. It made me examine the life we all live more deeply and how this aspect of a circle surrounds us all the time. It is this very shape that life takes on that allows us to become who we desire to be. We never lose an opportunity or a means to an end because everything regenerates in infinity.
