Dell thought that he needs to have more awareness to himself (2:08) when he realized that some of his beliefs were affected by his fleeting experiences (3:30). He went on explaining that as kids, we tend to apply someone's perception of us to ourselves (8:58). Kai, shared her own thoughts (14:04) while Dell proceeded to discuss how our unique upbringings also affects our beliefs (15:27). Kai went to explain that there's love underneath everything (16:25) and Dell gave an example through a romantic relationship (18:32). They proposed that we should remember the essence of who we are from before when encountering new experience (22:03). Her new release, NO STONE UNTURNED: How My Special Needs Child And I Transformed Against All Odds was written to help caregivers like herself find meaning and thrive. Her first book, Not Crazy Just Enlightened published in 2000, resulted in a national nineteen-city book tour where she educated the public by conducting metaphysical stage hypnosis shows.

Through the development of her own spiritual awareness, her mission is to help people discover their true purpose, why they are, and what they need to accomplish.

In this episode, Debra shares how did she start (5:44) and how she came to write her second book NO STONE UNTURNED (7:33). Keith Senzer truly believes his purpose and calling is affecting change in teens so that they may grow up to be powerful, responsible and influential adults who want to make the world a better place. He wishes that Life Coaching was something that was accessible when he was growing up.

He was bullied as a teen and to this day believe that he had ADHD which went undiagnosed. This had a tremendous impact on his academic success and in turn his self-confidence. Keith struggled to make new friends and was viewed as a snob because he was so shy. His insecurities kept him from connecting with people and recognizing social cues that he should have responded to appropriately.

Keith did not start to find himself until college and even then he was following a path that was suggested to him, not the path that aligned with his core values. He barely graduated High School and his parents thought he was great with people so they suggested he would go into the Hospitality Field. He spent 24 years pursuing this career path but not once did it resonate with him on a deeper level. He had great success and owned a successful business for 14 years but he was still not fulfilled.

Keith has 2 children, one with ADHD and one with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Nurturing them along with his amazing wife, they taught them to be confident, responsible, empathetic and loving human beings. He woke up one day and realized that He has a bigger purpose than himself.

He sold his business and got his coaching certification. Since 2014 Keith had dedicated his life to helping teens become the best version of themselves and teaching them to be our future leaders with a goal to heal our world. Through One to One Coaching and Group Workshops he has been able to make a tremendous impact on the teens he had the pleasure to coach. He works on specific goals that are important to their success and teaches them strategies and ways to shift their mindset to ensure confidence and success.
