• This was our last day in the city of Paris
• We did all of the Paris things
• We toured the Louvre, went to the top of the Eiffel Tower, took a lunchtime boat tour that took us around the whole city, and went back to the Eiffel Tower on out last night to watch it light up... and TWINKLE!!! Everyone loved it!!!

In the second installment of this mini-series, we talk about our first full day in France, and what an experience this was. We took a tour of most of the D-Day locations in Normandy. What an extremely humbling opportunity. If you don't already that is the greatest generation of Americans, go take a walk along some of these sites and you certainly will. What an honor it was to even set foot on the same ground these heroes did to fight and win that war for our Nation.

• We travelled to one of the "must-sees" in Germany, and it DID NOT disappoint.
• The cathedrals were amazing, the statues were impressive, and the food was great
• We end the episode on kind of a low note by talking about touring one of the primary concentration camps, the Dachau Concentration Camp just north of Munich

Hotels was a pretty big question mark for us going into this vacation. We didn't know what to expect which kind of made it a leap of faith.
