From wipeouts to riding a wave... surfing has a lot to teach us about life. Surfing gives me the ability to face and break-through fears, push my personal boundaries and is a reminder about going with the flow, resilience, and surrendering. 

Whilst surrendering is very important I think it is just as important to balance this with inspired action. The balance of surrender and inspired action = co-creation of your life. You co-create with God/Source/Universe (whatever you call your faith). I share how I listen to my instincts that guide me to take action. I call this inspired action and often these ideas that come to me can be very random…but I follow the breadcrumbs. In fact, this is how this podcast was born! By inspired action…I never planned to start a podcast.

Like you, I find it very challenging some days to stay present…especially when it feels like things aren’t ‘going to plan’, ‘out of control’ or ‘everything feels like it is crumbling around you.’ I share the ways I stay present through the difficult times and how surrendering in the moment has lead me to live a very adventurous life. You can do the same!!!

It’s time we encouraged people to love and accept their body. And one of the important ways to do this is NOT let anyone you care about ever dismiss their body. How I have learned to love my body and express it…and I hope you’ll join me in the mission – for all of us to love and accept ourselves fully – this includes our BODY! It does such a great job in keeping us alive and able to experience life.
