In today's episode I talk with Lucero, a 15 year old girl who is learning o live life with an eating disorder. She talks about her experience and how this disorder started to posses her because of comments coming from her own group or "friends" and the insecurities these comments created about her persona and her body image.

Living with an eating disorder could be a very hard experience to deal with and it is imperative you look for a professional that can better guide you, but most importantly know that you are not alone, find someone you can trust and to whom you can talk to talking about those emotions we tend to bottle in can help tremendously in dealing with such illness.

Eating disorders could affect anyone regardless of their race and gender it is important to seek expert advice if you or someone you know is dealing with such illness.
