We major on the majors and minor on the minors when it comes to theology and doctrine. On essential and convictional doctrine, we take a closed-hand approach. On conscience doctrine, we hold an open hand—marked by humility and grace. (1 Corinthians 2:2, Hebrews 12:2, Galatians 1:8–9)
