Something I haven't talked much about on the podcast,  but am very passionate about, is nutrition. I've struggled in the past with food and knowing what to eat. I struggled for years with a terrible digestive system. I would have terrible bloating every day multiple times throughout the day. I learned that in order to get better, I needed to heal my digestive system by listening to my body and learning what foods made me feel good and what food made me feel bad. Fast forward a couple years and I feel like I can finally listen to what makes my body feels good and I do a pretty good job of being able to balance eating the food I want to a long with the food that fuel my body the way it should be.
