Our idea behind Unscripted

For us, it’s a heart’s project. 

Our content is not intentionally “created” nor carefully scripted or crafted for a podcast. What you find here are authentic human-to-human conversations of Florian and various people of his universe seeking his advice about life.

Conversations like these have already happened for more than 7 years. The only difference? We started recording those conversations to be able to share the ideas discussed in these dialogues with all people out there seeking advice or guidance, for those who are trying to find their purpose or to make more sense of their life.

We thought these conversations might be valuable to you as well. Authentic questions, authentic answers, 100% raw. These conversations tap into the different topics of our everyday life exemplified by inspiring human beings. For us, everybody is inspiring in his or her unique way to approach life.


As we want to break it down to the human being behind the story while respecting one’s privacy, we are not revealing any further information about the counselee except for their first name. We believe it does not matter what background they have, where they are from, or what salary they make: Here it’s all about the person itself, her thoughts, his feelings, her anxieties, his joy - just like you and me.
