In the third part of the third episode, Florian and Özgür are arriving at the center of our ego by asking the question "Who am I then?", as well as reflecting on intercultural differences with questions like "Why it is easier to make friends in a bakery in Cologne than in Munich?"
Listen in to hear Florian's perspective on how humanity is actually overstating the importance of cultural differences and how eating organic has become a detrimental status symbol to both of them.

In the second part of the third episode, Florian and Özgür elaborate more on the thought of one’s own shift in values as this is our foundation for both personal and professional development. It comes down to building long-lasting relationships by naturally putting other people first, which urgently needs to be replicated to business, now that the remote work times have officially begun.

In our third episode, Florian talks to Özgür, who has not only experienced how it is to grow up as a Turkish Christian in the US but also has recently relocated from Oklahoma to Hannover (a small town in Germany) with his wife and three kids. This naturally came with a lot of personal and professional challenges, but nothing he was not able to manage, simply because he is this “mixed” bag.
In this first part, Özgür is opening up about his personal growth by not always being able to perfectly blend in, but by finding a consistent base to draw strength and motivation from.
