In today's episode we tackle the looming threat of AI and robots in our lives. But is the label threat true? Have we been conditioned by Sci-fi to fear something that could enhance humanity or are our fears justified? Where are we now? We shall we be tomorrow? These are the questions that my guest and I shall speak on today.

Capitalism is touted as our best option, and to a large extent it is true. However, greed and other factors get in the way of what was meant to be a beautiful system to promote human prosperity. In the spirit of the podcast, I decided this week to go completely off the map and have a discussion about an individual who is probably not well known to people outside the African continent.

I’m a huge fan of Fela Kuti, and I figured I’d let people get to know me a bit better through expressing my respect and admiration for his music and social activism.

Fela inspired the young people of Nigeria in the 70s and 80s to question the system of military rule and injustice in the country.

Joining me is Nissi, a young recording artist who is immensely inspired by Fela’s work, also being the granddaughter of his first manager. As usual you can listen on Itunes Podcasts or soundcloud.
