Perfection Is Completion

"Tetalesti" — Greek for "It is finished."

"Telos"—an end or completeness, and "teleos" is Perfection —almost one in the same.

1st: Be in awe and wonder at the perfect work of Redemption that God has accomplished in Christ.

2nd: Have hearts to see what God has done in Christ and see the perfection.

John 12–13: shows 6 signs that show who He is.

In John 13, the language shifts to glory.

2nd point: God wants to perfect your life by removing the parts that don't belong, and it's going to hurt.

Hebrews 5:8 "Mothane pothane or pothane mothane (?)"—means, "to suffer is to learn."

Michelangelo's famous image that he uses when creating a sculpture is, he sees the pure image hidden within that was waiting to be uncovered. The only task was to "remove the parts that didn't belong."—this is known to him as "the artist's task."
