My 3rd Podcast "co-host" - Daniel Sigmundsson - as we explore "how we know each other".

Daniel and I met in 2010, through our work - I will leave the details of that to the podcast.

He's Icelandic, lives in Denmark, and we've spent our time building both a professional relationship as leadership & organisational development specialists, and a personal relationship as good friends. 

We share a passion for our football clubs - his Liverpool, mine Newcastle - a mix of misery and joy for sure.

Daniel is a positive energy on this planet - easy to be around, light, funny - and yet also sharp, bright, and full of wisdom, so every meet with Daniel is well spent :-)

Exploring What Matters, Between Us - Tanya and I explore the importance of "listening", in relation to supporting people as they work to navigate depression, and improve their mental health & well-being.

Tanya has been through a challenging period in her life  - as have we - after losing her mother suddenly in December 2016. She has shown true leadership in being able to bring her voice to what she felt - and needed to say - as well as always giving others in her local community, someone who will listen to them, without judgement, 

My 2nd Podcast "co-host" - Wife & Husband  - exploring "how we know each other" :-)

Tanya and I grew up in the north east of England - both born in the 70's - we met at the athletics club as teenage distance runners - and as they say, the rest is history - 32 years together so far :-)  

Tanya is a passionate, funny, kind, engaging woman - a real driving force behind our family growth, and mine - helping us to not take life too seriously, and live in the now.

She has showed us all what real leadership is, when tackling her own mental health challenges, after losing her mother suddenly.

Between co-hosting - Taking some space to reflect on my time with Nev - to reflect on my voice, my presence, and embracing my positive impact - and to share who my next co-host will be :-)

Between co-hosting - a private conversation with myself - a chance to walk back in time to early December 2020 - and explore my personal learning & growth, that led me here.
