Every now and then we get very serious about a subject.  Today is that day.  We are celebrating Desiree's youngest son's 26th birthday along with the day she was told she would eventually need a heart transplant.  Today we talk about the emotional journey over the last 26 years of raising children, working and living life with the fear of death sitting in your lap or on your chest.  Desiree and Pam dig into the emotional journey that brought Des to her LVAD Story.
